Lazarus the Musical

We traveled to NY to experience what we would later learn was Bowie’s last artistic output, in addition to the critically acclaimed album Blackstar. We were in the front row for the last show in previews on Saturday, December 5th, 2015. David would attend just two days later for the premiere on Monday evening, and it would be his last public appearance ever. He passed just a month later at his home just mere blocks from The New York Theatre Workshop. We also stayed in an Airbnb only two blocks from his home on Lafayette St.
